PM Adjusting, LLC. (PM Adjusting) originated from the great success of Patrick L. Santoro who became a licensed public adjuster in 1972. Pat was instrumental in licensing the Public Adjusters’ Regulatory Act in 1983 and served on the Board of Directors for many influential organizations in Illinois such as; Illinois Department of Insurance, Illinois Fair Plan, Illinois Mine Subsidence Insurance Fund, Italian American Political Coalition. Through Pat’s years as a reputable Public Adjuster he represented prominent figures and companies throughout the State in insurance claims. 

Pat’s eldest son, Patrick M. Santoro joined his father in the business after a long and successful career in professional baseball. Patrick received his Public Adjusters license through the State of Illinois in 2010. During Patricks’ tenure as a licensed Public Adjuster he has represented past governors, US Senators, state legislatures, and many prominent companies including; Gene&Georgetti, H&M, Carson Prairie Scott & Co, Pepsico, The Second City to name a few. 

Today, PM Adjusting has a team of licensed public adjusters, insurance claim specialists, large loss claims specialists, and skilled estimators. Our team of skilled and qualified experts have the proven ability to handle large and complex property and business claims. Our firm’s average claim size ranges from $300,000 to $1.8 million.
